Another one from the "ain't nobody else gonna upload this" series. This show had a troubled production, what with accusations of kidnapping and all, but turned out decent. Absolutely nothing special but I did like some aspects of it. For one, the game has this weird rule where you only get ONE account and ONE character. If your character dies you will never get back in the game. It's completely BS, as no game doing that would survive, but it does make it a bit more interesting. One thing that kind of bothered me was that since the main girl basically got stuck in stasis for 10 years, people were fighting over an elementary school girl. Which would not have been a problem, storytelling wise, if she didn't act like everyone else anyway. If you hadn't told me she is supposed to be 10 years younger, there's no way to figure it out. Also, the game itself is in need of some balancing. I mean it's completely broken. How the hell is Taka's ability supposed to be TIME related? How the hell can the shape shifter turn into LIGHTNING? And things like that... Don't expect a conclusion. It's the old "read the LN" type of deal.

Then you will be happy about the next upload. Coming soon.
I don't know I kind of liked the "Hardcore mode" thing back in the day. It's a shame gamers suck now a days and bitch if games punish you for dying. It made the games WAY more intense and IMO fun. Not to mention that my like #2 and #3 complaints about MMO's now a days are how people just kamikaze dungeon bosses and death penalties are nothing but a slap on the hand. I had a Hardcore Mage in Diablo, till she was gang raped during a lag spike, which was depressing and not fair. (Sigh but lag spikes+zero armor was always their main weakness). I had a Hardcore Seraphim in Sacred though that I actually managed to keep alive for a couple years. And trust me my heart nearly stopped ^ like hers in this show, lol. Whenever I saw her HP get into the red zone. Edit: She actually survived up till I retired from the game. Lucky girl, haha, there where a few close calls.
Thanks DmonHiro!
Can you do Dies Irae BD?
True the plot was so-so when it come to stuff that make sense, but near the end they sort of gave us info as for why all of this BS is possible xP
Um I'm sorry for reposting but I hit the time limit on edits, heh the: "If your character dies you will never get back in the game. It’s completely BS, as no game doing that would survive," There's have actually been a few games that have done perma death and I actually thought they where quite good. The problem only came after the influx of idiots and well "Millennials" pardon my french. It's really not a problem with the game, it's a problem with the new generation of gamers. Honestly everything went to shit after "World of Warcraft" I still remember people bitching about party wipes in that game and I was like "WTF is wrong with you, I have like 14000 Gold, I'll pay for your fucking like 20's gear repairs! Why the fuck do you care if you died? lets just try again?" Hell I come from a generation (EQ and Anarchy) where a death meant that you could actually lose a level. It actually kind of makes me roll my eyes when I see people bitching about dying in modern MMORPG's. I'm like oh just shut up and pay the gear repair costs. Lol, to me that's actually less then a slap on the hand. I was like: "Dude if you don't even have 2 gold, you're playing the game wrong, here, I'll give you 2 gold to fix your shit." Your right though, It probably wouldn't survive anymore. But actually that could have been popular like 15-20 years ago. haha. The fact that MMO's have no death penalties any more is actually part of the reason I don't play them anymore as well as people actually complaining about dying in a game that technically has no death penalty.

Yes, but in this game if your character dies you can't play the game anymore ever. You get one character and you can only use that one for the rest of your life.
It just means you have to slow the hell down and play the game smarter rather than faster right? Lol That’s the way we used to play in the pre “Sony” version of EverQuest. (Don't try googling it, Sony basically tried to take credit for a game they didn't make. The version of EQ. I'm talking about Is the ORIGINAL, before Sony bought out the franchise.) (And ruined it) I actually kind of miss that style of gameplay though, because everyone was scared when we went into dungeons. Like it was actually kind of a big effin deal if we died and /so we actually took our time, cleared dungeons and took baby steps forward. Now-a-days in like 90% of MMO's all people do is sprint to the boss and kill it while ignoring the rest of the dungeon? I'm like "Dudes slow down and smell the fucking roses? You're skipping like 4/5rds of the game!" As an old player I still get confused over why new gen players don't seem to understand that you can't "beat" and MMORPG. lol, They aren't meant to be beaten, they're meant to be played. Well fuck unless like a lot of them these days where you can just toss $$$ into the cash shop and max out a character without actually playing the game. (P.S. I still get mad over anyone that -BRAGS- about how fast they "Finished" a game. I don't consider a game 'finished' till I've seen every nook an cranny, your dumb ass didn't "Beat" the game, you just -rushed- the shit and probably missed like 90% of the cool shit you should have been realizing was there.)
First of all, thanks for the 720p BD batch. I enjoyed watching the series. @Sorrowsiren "Now-a-days in like 90% of MMO’s all people do is sprint to the boss and kill it while ignoring the rest of the dungeon? That's why I stopped queuing up for dungeons/raids in WoW during MOP expansion. I had it with those rushing dungeons and kicked over a mistake.
I liked this one a lot back when it aired. Very comfy. Just don't expect a real ending.

It's kind of like old school D&D when you panic if you are close to losing your character.
(P.S. @DmonHiro I still miss "Tina" my D&D character, she managed to survive many a campaign till I realized there's like no one that plays that anymore. She finally met her final end while I was spring cleaning and decided to toss my D&D shit in the trash rofl what a sad end for a mighty hero) I'd actually play that game again if I knew friggin anyone that played it. Unfortunately that's like impossible unless you're like an uber nerd that hangs out in comic stores all day long. Also, honestly I.R.L. my hobbies and my personality don't really match. =/ I love nerdy/otaku stuff, but I'm not a nerdy otaku. Lol. It's hard as hell for me to find people to play with that aren't people that I would actually despise being around.
I still really don't understand what happened to online games.though. The community has changed a lot since I started playing them. I remember very well in EverQuest the "Need before Greed" rule, and people would actually sit and wait for items like if you where there first you got first dibs, and the other people waiting would actually help you out and let you get what you needed. Now it's all like "whomever ganks the mob first gets the loot" I think that's also the fault of World of Warcrap, because to be honest they are the ones that started the "Tagging mobs" bullshit, I guess in order to stop kill stealing? Which was stupid AF because it actually just made KSing more prominent because before that you actually had to use common courtesy? I actually kind of felt like a POS while I was playing FF11 and used provoke (Ninja/Warrior) to tag a rare spawn that I really wanted. But I knew in that game that that was the only way to get the mob because people aren't just going to sit around and say "Oh you where here first, you can take the first drop". like they used to do in EverQuest. Edit: Okay maybe the Japanese people would, but lol the Westerners definitely wouldn't. Haha, it was the Japanese that actually went out of their way to help me unlock my Ninja class for me. I actually almost felt sorry for them that FF11 probably got ruined for them because they let a bunch of douche bag Americans into their servers. Lol when I got my Ninja class was from asking a Japanese party if I could join them, and I was trying to type in Hiragana. They where like "Holy crap your Japanese sucks, we can all understand English a little, so just try to keep your typing simple, you can read most of what we say right? We'll try to stick with Kana also to make it easy on you." I was like "Holy fucking hell this is what MMORPG's are supposed to be like!"
thanks for doing these again!!!
Please seed this, thank you~
