Oye, I forgot how idiotic everyone was in this anime. Got this confused with an actual good anime: Blood Blockade Battlefront.

The main character's ability is to make other people with cool powers not cool, in the real world that power would be the lamest shit ever. And yet he poisons and damages his body doing no exercise or training but still able to be acrobatic and displays strength and agility, that is so unlikely in reality, the unbelievability is too skewed. Essentially I'm good and I win because this is anime. Everyone who wants to be like me just be annoying, don't work out, wish for the stupidest ability ever and you will be the main hero.
