It's easy. The main source of group ripper uploads happens to be 4chan, or if you can one of the mirrors, like fireden. I discovered that aKra was ripping the manga and it was just a simple search to scan through a few pages until I found the release, sort of like "tokyo ghoul" or tokyo ghoul cbz". You'll find that most of the groups like danke-Empire and many of the other release groups under "Empire", as well as aKra, LuCaZ, Uasha, Mr. Kimiko and most of the others post there first and then they start filtering down through sites like mycomicposts, Libgen, Nyaa and so on. Took me a little bit to figure out how to search 4chan but it was easy once I figured it out. But, your search pattern has to be very specific because, otherwise, you'll get a lot of pages with mostly comments or someone shitposting these release groups. For instance, I saw a post by someone claiming that LuCaZ was gang-raped and killed but didn't provide any evidence, such as a new report. 4chan and their mirrors are mostly 98% people calling shit and just trolling.
