Guys that's because there's no such thing as a good anime under 20minutes. There needs to be time to tell a story have action and emotion. The longer you have the more passion you can put into something. Short and sweet doesn't count for anime movies or tv shows, short and sweet is for sentences and love notes, but I do appreciate the uploaders and coders for taking time to do it.
