It took me a while, but it's finally done... I'm satisfied.
If you have any questions, problems or whatsoever, lemme know below.

* Some small (font) changes to songs in E12 + changed \kf to \k.
* Changed occurences "Ritchan" to "Ricchan"
### K-ON! Movie
* Remuxed video/audio from [Moozzi2](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/907002) with substitles from [Elysium release](http://pasted.co/cd5fb792).

* Changed 1 font for sign (couldnt seem to find the correct font, so thats why)
* Added karaoke for ED "Singing!"
* Changed occurences "Afterschool Tea Time" to "After School Tea Time"
* Changed occurences "Miss Sawako" to "Sawako-sensei"
### K-ON!! (+ Keikaku)

Thoughts and prayers to the victims, their families and everyone else involved.
I guess now it's redundant, but the german, I think, fansub Akiba-Subs released Ura-On!! with softsubbed typesetting instead of hardsubbed like other english releases. Your Ura-On!! episodes have good typesetting so it's not important.
Some time ago, I was searching the same episodes to translate to my native language but couldn't find with english softsubbed typesetting. I used AniDB to find non-english released and that's where I've found Akiba-Subs release. So next time when you can't find softsubbed english typesetting, you can use AniDB so you don't have to do typesetting yourself.
Besides this, great release, thank you!
If I didn't just download all of K-on a couple days ago I would be all over this release. Honestly might delete my K-ON and just download this release because this is a lot more organized. also if you actually do a Monogatari - the complete saga that would be awesome
Monogatari is already done https://nyaa.iss.one/view/969454 use that upto owari s1 and use [MTBB](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1138570) for zoku. Owari s2 and koyomi wait for commie(commie when?)
@gsk_ yeah I know, but I rather re-do it myself with the [ReInforce release](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1108534) and use CoalGirls for everything (and restyle the ones like Edo, MTBB, etc.)
OMG A subber who cares about all the shit that matters to me. Even little things like Ritsu's nickname. I see 'Rit-chan' in a LOT of translations (including official licensed ones) and it sets my teeth on edge. Thanks for the honorifics, as we ALL know they play an important part in character development and interaction, plot device and humor.
Still keeping my Japanese broadcast versions though. Love the openings and the commercial bumps. ;)
@Shinobu32 don't know yet, still want to finish owari first. I'll probably have more time next month to finish that, so yeah maybe I let you know then. Still don't know if I wanna continue tho.
@tonikaku @mitsuha @DTG75
Please can someone objectively tell me, why "moozzi2" releases are bad? If I should avoid these releases, I want to base my opinion something. Thank you.
@will_no none of them can objectively tell you why those are bad releases. Most of the time Moozzi specifies the processes (like anti-aliasing/sharpening/etc.) and also puts comparison images in it's releases, so that way you can decide for yourself if you like it or not ( [Here's an image comparison](https://imgur.com/a/HrozoQe) ). From the Moozzi releases I've seen/used, I guess it's only the "sharpness" what could be regarded as off-putting to some. So it's pretty much a matter of personal preference (and the indisputable fact that most Moozzi haters are just spoiled brats).
@ToishY Thanks for your input. If I may one more question. Why is it in the first place that an anime's video image is not sharp, has blurred edges or the colors are more bland. Is it the product of ripping (even if it is new anime of a blu-ray?) or does it come out like that intentionally out of studio production?
@will_no good question and sadly I don't know to answer to it (because I've never actually ripped BDMV myself; maybe you should ask a "real" encoder). I don't know if it's intentional, maybe it's the limits of the software, or could be a design choice. My guess is as good as yours. I'd be interested in knowing the answer as well.
@everyone for those crying in the comment section: if you think you can do a better job, do it. Most of you are all bark and no bite. Either be thankful or do something yourselves.

BRAVO !!!
The video quality here is not bad by any means. It's mostly up to personal taste regarding sharpening, saturation and noise reduction.
https://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/12381
But this is one of the downsides; you can see some detail is missing in the hair due to the filtering. Not every shot is like this, of course. This is just a bad example that I found. I only compared the first episodes of season 1. Also there might be very slight facial expression differences in rare cases, due to how the lines get thinner.
There are upsides too, of course. Due to the noise reduction, you get less compression artifacts (at least compared to the Tsundere encode), and less banding. I can see many people preferring the sharper look of this release.
Personally I prefer to keep it looking close to the original, so I'll pass on this one.
And regarding season 2, I haven't found a good release for it yet, but this one is WAY better than the Elysium one, video quality-wise.
So yeah, this is a solid release, especially with the sub choices and corrections.
>The video quality here is not bad by any means.
It is. And what baffles me more that there are already great encodes of K-on! that, for some weird reason, this uploader ignored and opted to use one of the worst encodes available for K-on !
I could care less since I already have the unarguably best [raws](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1381898#com-19) for all of K-on! stuff, and if you are that lazy, there is Tsundere release of the first season and a big chunk of the second season, and CG for the movie.
Frankly, anything is better than going with what he compiled here !
@will_no some of the anime have harsh drawing style (i.e 5cm per second, made in abyss) (perhaps you experienced something like seeing a gorgeous high resolution image from pixiv but when you zoom in you can see that picture is actually composed of harsh lines with solid brush), it's not the fault of the drawing. the animation staff made alot of effort to make the best presentation, they looked abit soft, the lines aren't well defined, not that saturated, because of these, the whole picture blended nicely and sweet. what if you enhance this picture? obviously the ugly harsh part will pop out, texture of rocks, barks, grasses, leaves, the picture will be jarring to the eyes. each items in the picture become their own picture, instead of making a whole picture.
some of the problem with general overly done post-processing encodes AND not exclusive to moozzi2 or this torrent:
too much sharpen: halo
too much warpsharp: kanji will remain soft and thick while text with mostly lines (katakana, hiragana) will be sharp and thin, weird face expressions, the whole picture has parts that's soft and thick, sharp and thin at the same time.
too much saturation: light coloured lines are supposed to be that, cranking up the saturation will make lines appear darker. the above mentioned problems.
too much noise reduction: lost of information (detail), banding-debanding, flat picture.
the reason they're doing that? other than to proof their encode is better than other, I really don't know. literally people would go as far to 'enchance' the bass of the audio file while at the same time keeping it 'lossless'? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
it's good if every release has their own screenshot comparison and information like encodes, subs, any filter used so people don't have to download each of them to compare.
> none of them can objectively tell you why those are bad releases
perhaps it's because they don't know how to describe it with words.
with the amount of people pointing out moozzi2, you gotta stop and ask yourself, are they actually the ones who're wrong? maybe you are, and it's perfectly fine to admit it
kind of a wasted effort though with everything else
