So here's what's been going on on my end...
I basically went through (since February) what might best be termed a [constructive eviction](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructive_eviction). That means I wasn't actually thrown out of my apartment, but the (new) landlords made life hell for me where I was at and effectively ran me off. I got the keys to my new apartment on the 15th of last month and have been living here since the 28th. It's a somewhat smaller but cheaper apartment (probably because I went from a front-facing 1BR to a loft studio).
Shortly after getting things set up, my desktop started to overheat, so I got a new one. Unfortunately, information on Google about the capabilities of the machine were incorrect, and in the process of looking for an i5 or i7, I wound up with an i3 (albeit a recent one, as opposed to one from 2013 like the old PC's Xeon). So while my new computer is technically faster than the old one and both are quad-core, the lack of hyperthreading does make this a little bit *slower* than the old one. Also, Dells being Dells, I'm going to need to get a special power cable in order to utilize the two free onboard SATA connectors. Dammit.
On the plus side, I just got a stack of Conan transport streams from a friend of a friend, consisting of episodes 675-700 (partially redundant), so I've been downloading and encoding them. I can once again hold out hope that we can continue to procure these until we reach 753...
To save time since I can't connect all my drives right now, instead of using reconstructed and higher-quality post-episode sponsor cards, I simply took the cards from two RBC episodes (686 for the "Koi ni koishite" version and 687 for the "Hitomi no Melody" version) and pasted them into each episode in the appropriate place.
Episode 680's preview is upscaled (because the Animax airing had the short preview instead of the normal one).
Because the rip of 691 I had is incomplete (it starts partway through the OP) I reconstructed the video track in HD on top of a DVD base. The recap was rebuilt out of the same rip as 690, and the episode footage at the beginning of the OP was taken from the episode itself.
701-706 were already released several months ago.
