yeah ... this IS one hell of a great twisted story ... and I agree, that was one hell of a plot twist surprise cliff-hanger ending to that ep if anyone wants the manga ... it is complete (only 5 vol's) here is the nyaa torrent for it https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1154164 ... I am going to really enjoy reading the manga after the anime is done

Anime is gonna adapt all the manga, we don't miss much for now. There is maybe the past of the new ''lady'' that wasn't adapted, but hey going straight into the deal is better for me than another sentimental scene :P
