I have to wonder what "materials" got "delayed" so that they didnt have what they needed, that are delaying the release ... did they run out of sake ? or beer ? or soda to use as a mixer to go with their vodka or whiskey ? ... that is one of those "standard excuses" that make no sense, but are also impossible for most people to disprove ... it's similar to claiming the old school standard excuse of "technical difficulties"
