This collection features the following from my own collection:
FUNimation DRAGONBALL Blue Brick Sets in Untouched ISO format.
FUNimation DRAGONBALLZ Dragon Box and Rock The Dragon Sets in Untouched ISO format.
FUNimation DRAGONBALLGT Green Brick Sets in Untouched ISO format.
FUNimation DRAGONBALL/Z/GT Movies and Special Sets in Untouched ISO format.
Enjoy!
So, just the Dbox and RtD are the actual great releases in this batch while the rest are serviceable at best. Not sure I'd call the GT Bricks "serviceable" but better than the Orange Bricks.
Good up, nevertheless.
@ chickenwings247
Supposedly, the WD drives are better than Seagate ones. I've recently bought 2x 8TB WD HDDs. Still haven't bought a 10TB HDD as they're really pricey but should decrease in time.

Backblaze and many others disagree. Seagate have issues with odd number drives but so do other companies, but seagates even number drives and esp higher TB drives are rated some of the best.
8 x 10TB Seagate drives , 6 x 4TB Seagate drives well over couple years old with no issues.

No backup company would invest that much money on over 50 thousand seagate drives if they weren't good, i hope this WD is better than seagate norm dies because its not accurate.
WE ALL NEED TO PUT REALAGB IN THE HALL OF FAME RIGHT NOW!!!
Seriously tho, the fact you've put the time and effort to upload and share this juggernaut of a release is just wow. I want the uploader to know that they have all my appreciation, gratitude, love, everything you want... just take it!!
So yeah, thank you!
What is doing DragonBall Eolvution there? /s
Many thanks seriously, there are few people who share raws nowadays on a public tracker, even less this kind of batch.
This kind of content is what keeps this site alive whereas a lot of people is moving into private sites, keeping it away from the "average" user. I really appreciate it even tho I won't probably download it.
Thank you so much , realagb
about RTD DVDs/sets, are their edited 3 movies included on their series DVDs you posted here ?
if they are not here, please upload them and thanks again !
Thanks to everyone for the kind words. I'll try to respond to everyone.
@dragonballlover - the 3 movies are there, I believe it's the last disc of the set.
@Zspica - these were sets I owned but sold, including evolution.
@SoulBurner - thanks so much, I try to share when I can.
@Impakt - True, this is just for everyone who wants everything other than Super and Kai.
Thanks again! I'll seed until 100%, dont run after downloading share!
Impakt, I didn't see any any comparison between western digital hard drives and seagate in the chart JySzE posted. Seagate is only compared to inferior drives. Sure a backup company has no problem with loosing data on some random drives as they always have a backup. And I'm sure when a seagate doesn't die it will last a long time. But we are individuals using hard drives for personal use, and that requires giving ourselves the best chance not to loose any data on the small amount of drives we have, and to be able to recover data from a hard drive when the data is no longer accessible. So I agree with your first comment that western digital is better than seagate, and I will tell you why I personally believe that from my experiences. I think everyone should decide from their own experiences, but I don't want any seeders to loose any data on a seagate hard drive, so here is my experience which is in the next comment.
After I graduated with a degree in microcomputers and networking, I was under the impression the seagate was one of the best drives. My first impression was seagate was amazingly quiet. When it works it is a great drive. Then I bought a western digital drive one day. Within 2 years the Western Digital showed up as unformatted. All my data was gone. But the drive was still recognized by the computer, so I used a data recovery software called GetDataBack and I got back every last bit of data.
So through one bad experience (which could have been a virus that corrupted the master file table) I decided that I would buy another seagate. It lasted less than a year. The problem with the seagate was not that it died. It was that I was not able to recover the data from the drive since it didn't show up in the BIOS anymore. It ended up being a corrupted firmware and the reading heads clicked when they reset their position after reaching the firmware error and just kept on trying. This happened because all Seagate Hard Disk Drives have their firmware actually located on the magnetic Disk instead of on a chip on the circuit board. I guess it's cheaper to do it that way. So the firmware on a seagate hard disk drive can become corrupted, which is another thing to worry about causing a Seagate drive to die which is not a problem with Western Digital.
This costed me 600 dollars to get my data back, and some of the data could not be recovered. I brought the drive to a small local Data Recovery company and the person who recovered my drive said that not once has he ever received a Western Digital HDD to recover data from and recommended to buy a western digital. It has been around 7 years since then. I've never had another problem with western digital. They are known to be very well made and designed very well. Sure they are a bit noisier, but if your looking to keep your data safe, I can't recommend any other brand. Solid State Drives are a different story, and western digital is not the best for SSD's.
I forgot to thank you realagb. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I needed the Dragon Ball Blue Brick Season Sets and the DBGT Green Brick Season sets, and ISO on top of that. You are the best.
However you didn't provide any .mds or .dvd or .cue files for the ISO files that are over 4.7GB (the dual layer DVD's). Did you make the ISO files directly from the DVD's, or did you extract the VIDEO_TS folders and then use those folders to make ISO files?
Because if you made the ISO files directly from the DVD's, you should have also automatically had either a .mds, .dvd, or .cue file created that is associated with the ISO file by having the same name as the ISO file. If you have those files for the ISO files larger than 4.7GB please upload them in a separate torrent. They can be made directly from the DVD with ImgBurn but without having to find the layer break info first and avoids any possibility of a mistake. I'm not sure if the procedure is the same as I mention below. I would make a .dvd file rather than a .mds file just to test it so you can check with a text editor such as notepad to see if it puts in the layer break location. Otherwise I explain how to use the ISO file to get the layer break info and make the extra file.
I'm not complaining, but I just want to inform everyone, ISO's for dual layer discs don't have all the information to be able to burn the ISO back to a Dual Layer Disc. A secondary file such as a .MDS file is needed for information such as the location of the layer break to distinguish the 1st and 2nd layer of the disc. Without that file, the correct layer break info needed to burn the ISO file to a DVD disc is appearantly lost.
However ther is a program called ImgBurn that has the ability to create a .mds file, or a .dvd file, or a .cue file, whichever you prefer. ImgBurn should NOT be downloaded from Imgburn.com which gives you an installation file with bloatware. Instead, download the clean, free of bloatware original exe file from https://www.techspot.com/downloads/3285-imgburn.html or get the portable version from https://portableapps.com/node/60735 which uses that clean install file.
First you will have to find the layer break info. So open the tools menu, select ISO, then select Display IFO layer break information. Choose the ISO file and it will display any potential layer breaks positions. I experimented with this and was lucky that it gave me only one possible layer break location, and another time 2 locations that were luckily the same layer break position, and they were the same as the original layer break locations in the MDS and DVD files I had for those ISO files. But if it gives you multiple positions, you would have to choose one that is more than half way through the disc, and it may not be the same as the original one was, depending which one you choose. The layer break info needed is in the LBA column, and it also tells you the middle of the disc location at the bottom of that window. Here is some info about layer breaks that help you understand https://www.newcyberian.com/howto-burn-dual-layer-dvd.html The steps are to burn an ISO, not for what needs to be done here, but are good to look at to help understand the situation, and there is a good explanation at the bottom of the page.
Then after finding the layer break value in the LBA column, the option to create a .mds, or .dvd, or .cue file is in the tools menu. Then just drag and drop your iso file into the big box area and select the checkbox for layer break below that and type the LBA column value to the right of the layer break checkbox. Then press ok and just save it to the same location as the ISO file which is already the location it gives you.
@mrbean - I ripped them from the original DVDs to ISO only. I've never intended to burn these on DVDs only to play them back via VLC which supports ISOs. So yeah, no .mds, .dvd, or .cue files here, sorry.
realagb, thanks for the reply. It's good to know that these are ripped properly to ISO so that none of the information is lost.
I'm only using them with VLC as well, but I am archiving everything I have, and if someone I know one day wants to watch them, maybe they will want me to burn DVD's for them to watch on their TV using their DVD player. So you never know what will happen one day. But you made me research how to try to get the proper layer break information back from an ISO which I was excited about, so thank you for making me learn about that.
I'm curious though, has anyone ever complained about a torrent being too slow and actually got it to go faster? Why do people need it to go faster so badly that it is worth writing a comment. It's obviously going as fast as it will go already I would think. I spend months downloading much smaller torrents and am happy to have a seed at all.
@mrbean Thanks for the information, I'm currently downloading the dragon box in order to burn it on blank dvd's, i understand that i should have an .mds or .dvd file in order to do that, if i happen to burn the iso's directly using imgburn, would it detect the layer break position automatically or i have to do it for each disc manually. There is also another torrent of a direct rip of the funimation dragon box with no seeders but it's possible to download the .mds files from it (https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1124728), could i use these files in order to burn these isos. Many thanks
hrpleomorphic, you're very welcome. I'm happy someone finds it useful. At least my time wasted researching is someone elses time saved.
I'm pretty sure it should have some way of asking you what the layer break info is, or give you options from possible layer breaks that it finds such as when using ImgBurn to burn a DVD from a VIDEO_TS folder in the link I already gave which is https://www.newcyberian.com/howto-burn-dual-layer-dvd.html
But I never tried it. All I know is that you are supposed to be screwed if you don't have those files, but from the steps that I posted above, it seems that as long as you have a properly made ISO file at least, it isn't really a big problem. Maybe it is only a problem if you only have a VIDEO_TS folder. But from the link I just gave you, in the steps you can see how there are multiple choices from layer breaks that ImgBurn finds and offers you a choice from as you are setting it up to burn a DVD where you have to hope you choose the correct layer break position. As I already mentioned, from my tests with ISO's that I already have mds or dvd files for, I was only given one choice luckily, maybe because it was an ISO rather than a VIDEO_TS folder, but I will have to do that with all these ISO's after I download them to make sure of it.
So in short, I don't know, I haven't tried, but you can try to burn it without making the mds or dvd file, but if it doesn't ask you for the layer break information, then I don't know if you would end up wasting a DVD. I would feel better finding the layer break info and knowing that there is only one option to choose from so that I know the DVD is going to be burned as it should be after making the mds or dvd or cue file.
As for the torrent link you gave me, I got that about a year ago. The file sizes of the ISO files are exactly 20kb larger for every single Disc ISO than the ones in the torrent on this page, so I don't know if somehow the layer break information would be different, but if you follow my steps to find the layer break position 7 digit number for just one of the discs from the torrent on this page and you open up the .DVD file in notepad (or another text editor) for that same disc from the link you gave me, and it tells you the same number for the layer break, then I would assume the rest of the discs would be the same as well. But I would check each one. At least it would allow you to skip the step to make the DVD files.
Also the .dvdid.xml files are not needed and are just to enable windows media center to search the internet to find cover art and other DVD information directly from opening the ISO file as if you put the DVD in the DVD drive. So all you need is the .DVD files. You could try downloading the whole torrent since seeds come back eventually, and I would bet they will for that torrent. I would try for at least a couple of months keeping the torrent active. Sorry I renamed all the files and backed them up. It wouldn't be easy for me to seed that which I don't have any resources available at the moment to do anyways. Besides which, I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the ISO's in the torrent on this page. The extra 20kb for each ISO is probably just some sort of extra padding that is not needed. I am downloading at least one of them and will do a file compare of the ISO's of one of the discs with a hex editor to show me what bytes have been removed. I don't know if I will be able to tell what type of info that is unless its padding.
You can burn these iso's to discs using dvdfab (no extra files needed), after mounting the iso make a 1:1 copy. and realagb you are the champ for uploading this.
https://www.teamos-hkrg.com/index.php?threads/dvdfab-v11-0-4-1-01-08-2019-multilingual-32bit-64bit.82032/
So you can just mount the ISO file to a virtual drive and after after reading it to an image it will also generate an mds with the correct layer breaks? Doubt it's as simple as that, anyway I'd just pick a black/transition scene for the layer break when creating an mds, therefore the pause wouldn't be noticeable as it switches layers.
Firstly, I would like to say thank you for creating this torrent. I am on a mission to burn the isos to DVDs. do you think it would be possible for you to upload the art present on the discs? Because I really want to print out the art to my set of dvds which I am about to burn. Thanks.
So, does anyone know which is the "good" release for the first Dragon Ball and for GT?
As in, for Z I chose the dragon box encodes from iKaos because the video is not a cropped
remaster, it's got both the japanese and the many english dubs all in one etc etc.
Anything similar for the other two? At least dual audio and not cropped would suffice.
dragon ball s1 d4 episode: the grand finals has a minor glitch, starting at 1:39:18 till 1:39:38 only one i encoured.
@axe idm you using ancient software, it's your party ༼ つ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ༽つ
@h0l0cr0n Yeah no, it doesn't work that way, at least with the "ancient" way you can be sure it won't fuck it up
and pause in the middle of something as the dvd switches layers. If you actually found it choosing the right layer
breaks automatically and manually checked where they are and what's being shown to verify it, then just say so.
@ realagb I already have those in my possession. I just came here to thank you for your kindness toward this community .
I really hate those private trackers where you find those selfish people that don't like to share their stuff publicly just for semi lame excuses like lack of seeding although I can understand their view toward it . I digress >_> .
@ uploader I downloaded the first 2 discs of the Blue Brick Sets but they were corrupted, I mean when I extracted them, they took too much time like an hour or so and then they stopped suddenly saying that an error has happened ! I stopped downloading more discs for that problem. Also, first Z movie didn't play properly and I don't know why . I hope you can fix that .
@dragonballlover I'm having no issues. I'm also not trying to extract the isos. Which Z movie file are you having issues with, what program, and what's happening?
@realagb well, I meant that since they are archived/ compressed as Winrar archieve , I had to extract them by winrar software to be able to watch their content, but, it seems that the files are broken, I mean when I extracted them, they took too much time like an hour or so and then they stopped suddenly saying that an error has happened and their sizes have been troubled somehow on the process too . NVM about Z movies because I don't want them anymore .
it would be nice of you if you uploaded a non-compressed copies of theses blue-bricks of dragon ball in a Googledrive, MEGA or here ( Torrent). Thank you either ways .
There is not a single winrar archive in this entire download and iso files are not compressed archives, they are disc images.
Either make mds files and burn them to dvd discs through the methods mentioned above,
mount and play them using virtual clonedrive, daemon tools, alcohol 120 etc,
play from the iso files directly through vlc player or similar,
remux or rip them to individual video files through clonedvd, handbrake etc.
Take your pick.
Oh and you'll also need anydvd or dvdfab if the uploader didn't remove the protection.
Does anyone know if there's a source for subtitles (only) that are already synced/timed for the R2J Dragon Box ISOs (DB/Z/GT/Movies)? Preferably, those that came with the R1 Dragon Box release (Z).
Rather than acquiring a remux with embedded subtitles, the subtitle files and a capable player (VLC, MPC, Kodi) would do fine with the ISOs. Thanks in advance!
Thank you for this generous upload! and thanks for those that are keeping this torrent alive.
Did anyone have success burning these images to discs without .mds files?
I found if you mount the disc image, run CloneDVD and make an ISO it will create a .dvd file with layerbreak info. Also make sure you have ANYDVD or any kind of copyright protection running as it won't open in CloneDVD
Doing this will remove the JACKET_P folder. This folder can be used by some players as background for splash screens, screen saver, etc... not that many support it, though.
I just started downloading the Dragon Ball series first. I'll be buying a 4TB WD in coming months. So, I'll be slowly downloading these one by one until then.
Are these dual audio?
And about the Z series, is it in 4:3 or 16:9 ratio? I'm looking for the original ones.
Any chance you can redo the VIDEO_TS.IFO files for Dragon Ball S1D2 and S1D4? These two have no references to any of the vob files, so they don't play on my dvd player.
Thanks for your help!
Thanks for the upload and for your hard work! But 91 people grabbed this one and only 1 person is seeding? I've been stuck for days with slow speed to almost no progression at all! Please more seeding.
@realagb The IFO files for these two discs are not correct. If you try playing these in MPC-HC, you just get a blank screen. I cannot even burn to dvd to watch on my TV.
Thanks for your help.
Now 1 seeder is gone please come back again! ?? @realagb or anyone please help reseed, hope is not late for me i'm just discover this torrent and currently downloading right now.
I downloaded the DBZ Dragon Box rips from this torrent and used the .dvd files from the other torrent. Except Box 3 (Disc 13-18) all other discs are automatically burned through img burn and all these discs work fine on my PC and PS3. Only for Box 3 imgburn asks me to pick the layerbreak even if the .dvd files from the other torrents are present. But the ISOs themselves are working file. If anybody manages to burn Box 3 and you are able to get it to play using dvdfab or any other method, please comment here. Again, thanks for the share.
Hello sir @ realagb i already download all dragon ball iso, except dragon ball season 1 d2 and d4 is a problem in my dvd,if you play the iso on vlc there is no problem, and season 4 d5 trailer not play automatic stop.. can u reupload sir the season 1 d2 and 4? And season 4 disc 5? Already bur in dvd9, all in good except the error..thank you..
Guys I'm not sure if someone can actually help me with this... I'm looking for the original dbz dubbed episodes that got released by ocean/saban group, they only numbered from 1 to 276, I've never seen the dragon box stuff up for sale in any shops where I live so it'd be a great help if you guys could tell me... does this torrent contain what I'm actually looking for? The rock the dragon(rtd) folder says 9 discs... does that mean it has the full 276 episodes? Is it in the dragon box folder or do I need to look for a different torrent?
Currently seeding, but i only have part of the torrent. Dragon box , Rock the dragon , Dragon ball and Dragon ball Movies 1-4. I assume most people would want the dragon box and rock the dragon of this torrent anyway
