The picture quality is really bad… over-compressed and also badly de-interlaced it seems, especially visible during the end credit scroller. At that file size 560p would be more suitable. Give it some more bitrate for pete's sake! :) If the old 704x396 encode from like 8 years ago looks better then you know something is wrong with those up-to-date "1080p" web rips. :)
