FYI : Episodes 11, 12 Delayed to March 13/20 2020

This anime adaptation seems to have been plagued by mistakes, bad luck, and delays... I like a lot of the world-building the show has done, as well as the edited story they've made since most of the shipfus are now lesbians thanks to Shikikan not being around. The dedication to shipfu fanservice is also very appreciated. On the whole though, objectively the animation goes from shit to amazing at times so it lacks consistency. Hopefully mobile game merch money can be injected directly into the veins of Bibury studios cause they will need to show some spectacle in episodes 11&12 to make this ride worth it. If a 2nd season is in the cards, I expect it to be vastly superior in order to make up for this season. They'll have a better plan, more resources, and most importantly a prior season of character setup. I didn't think they would touch Azur Lane's deeper multiverse story line, now that they have, they have a lot more story to tell besides SoL.
