no difference other than extra subs in other languages than english

And maybe the typesetting is different. HR had some MAJOR problems with typesetting. I remember Kaguya-sama and SAO having half the lines on the bottom and half on top. I don't know if they fixed whatever was wrong with their bot.

nothing wrong with their rip for those two. that's actually how it looks because aniplex doesn't do typesetting.

I don't know. I remember their Machikado Mazoku to have TERRIBLE typesetting at HR (lines on top, lines overlapping), but decent on Erai.

There were also times where HS didn't have typeset that Erai had as well. Some even suggested to grab Erai's subs when doing BD encodes due to this.

After looking at HS Shield-Loli.... I doubt it's fixed. The typesetting was a total mess.
