There's a weird thing that happens not only in this torrent, but also in Sailor Moon S and Sailor Moon Super S. Both in Moozzi2's encode and in LowPower-Raws encode: the NC OP 1 and the NC OP 2 are the same! As usual in anime there were in the past a few seconds of difference with the two versions of each opening, but not in this torrent or the others. Since this happens in the three series with the two encoders it's obvious that it isn't a mistake on the encoders' part, but a mistake of the BluRay releases. Or maybe they didn't care about the different versions of the openings and simply chose the ones they saw fit and saved them twice. This doesn't happen in the first season and in R, in those torrents the two versions are noticeably different.

These are so much better that the DVD quality ones I hoarded years ago. KUDOS! Does anyone have a good set of English subs for these? I looked on google for a while and couldn't find any.
