This is OVA 1 of Rohan that I watched long time ago It would have been less confusing if you mentioned that it is OVA 1

@maroon1 The original 2 OVA episodes that we already did back in 2018 are Episode 5 and 2, and the new ones are 9 and 16. Those are their official episode numbers as is written in Japanese in both these OVA episodes and the original manga. It's super confusing I agree, it would be much easier if they were numbered Episode 1, 2, 3 and 4, but we can't do much about the numbering system Araki chose. Our next two OVA releases should be the two new episodes, followed by a BD version of the other old one.
