@Mr_Kimiko, @PROThomas: Lol, you can use default windows explorer for pics. Just installing K-Lite Codec Pack is enough to transform all your thumbnails to pics even for cbz and cbr files and ton other types in your usual Windows Explorer. Then you just use the default snipping app. And default photo app is not that bad. :P

I've been reading manga using mangameeya and CDisplayEx (both free) for years with excellent results. @PROThomas, you can also use ComicRack (also free) to view and read your entire manga collection, and you can view your comics/manga by folder or browse your entire library in one window.
