@nelson this wasn’t submitted by Judas, so this is an unofficial batch. Judas was planning to release an official batch that would have contained subs and dual audio for those that wanted to watch it dubbed. That release would have also included the fixes that you are inquiring about.

Edit: I just went to the release for episode 12 and it looks like Judas has changed their mind. The following is from the 12th episode:

Scratch the previous. Just read Judas’ individual uploads, and looks like these are spliced to remove (most) of the hardsubbed Chinese, and it would just be too much time to go through and redo all of it again. The uncensored portions are those with Chinese hardsubs.
