@Lietuvis123 Do you watch cartoons by stopping images for a few seconds and then turning one page at a time? If post-processing without sharpening the screen, encoding is easy x3. I improve the visual effect and it leads to an increase in file size & Messy. Therefore, File size is adjusted to a level similar to that of other x265-10Bit BDrips after an undetectable PP stabilization process. According to your opinion, All Rippers that use filters undermine detail. There would have been no BDrip you could be satisfied with. Have you sensed it so far? I know a lot of ways to improve the quality of the video. But one person + one computer environment makes it impossible. I will attach a screenshot. Please refer. The comparison of x264 and x265 may not be justified, Note only the aspect of detail. Moozzi2 & Beatrice-Raws Screen Comparison (The two links are the same file.) https://we.tl/t-SAExJ1687H or https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1zupWs_T3IxRcg0gODbso30xYyB87Ylwg&export=download
Thanks for the explanation. I still prefer your encodes, because overall the video quality is much better ^ ^
>Small details in the dark are blurred / disappeared. it's been happening for years and he apparently doesn't care. get used to it.
Sorry that I dared to make the encode better than you and save useless details, looking at them is apparently unbearably boring.
Why trusting Moozzi, who confessed himself to never watching an anime in his Discord and doesn't give a shit about them
well that looks like ahoge got a haircut. ahoge is a very important character feature. save the ahoge.
Digimon Adventure Tri. please
This is nothing new. In comparisons shown before moozzi2's filtering was so bad... it erased all the stars in a night sky. So characters talking about admiring the stars.... when there are no longer any stars left to see was kind of funny.
Thank you very much. After i watched Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari i really greatful to you and Cleo, other encodes almost blinded me.
Moozzi2 forget about those idiots and keep encoding. Thanks for your hard work
So the details in the black and dark parts in that haunted house picture you shared between yours and Jensen's encode, if u check because of your destructive pp its looking really messy, non-linear and the detail loss on the dark walls is so bad its laughable. There are like black holes, whereas in Jensen's encode there is actually linear noise on the dark parts of the wall making it look much better
haha just sharpen it bro
@giftigkeit anyone who watches this should stop watching anime. His filtering and fake sharpening as well as altering of colours may appear to look better with more clarity to a noob, but that is not how they were made by the studio and not how they were intended to look. You cant just alter the way things look, encoders strive to keep the look the same while minimizing size, quality is judged by who kept the most details reflecting close to the orignal BDMV and not by whose is sharper.
I don't ununderstand why people that don't like this encoding take their precious time to come here and write comments. I've seen many other raws but, I DO PREFER MOOZZI2's work, I really like it, thats why I'm here. And If somebody is serious about the quality, then they should buy the original BD, if not, they shouldn't complain others' work if they haven't created something by themselves. They should learn first to work before criticise.
@vikrant9760 This is just your own judgement, not someone else ’s. I like bright scene. So, for me, Moozzi2's rip is better than others. As for original BDMV, who cares? Your so-called quality standard is ridiculous.
No matter what others say, I like Moozzi2's rip.
@Lynia you prefer it because you like fake stuff then, because what you are watching is Moozzi's version of this anime, not the version the anime studio made. His post-processing is what is called "destructive". He did not actually put much work into it, he just increased sharpness and encoded from the BDMV without any proper processing. His encode does not save details, it only gives the illusion it does, all the while altering the look of the original anime! Are you telling me you like altered looking anime with filters on top of them which are a far cry from how the studio made them? If you check VCB Studio's encode https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1230175 they say "The original source of Oregairu S2 has one of the best image quality with high native resolution, rich details and minimal artifacts. PP only includes mild de-banding. Encoding used HEVC and the bitrates were sufficiently allocated to ensure near-perfect revivification." That is how it is done and their size is less than this. Or check Beatrice, who is equally as good(they use x264). Like I said, its just you guys with zero idea of how picture quality actually works
@WhiteNight so called quality standards? so you like watching altered anime with filtering that makes it look completely different from orignal and I have standard issues? Even though all I want is preservation of orignal details and look? Wow
@vikrant9760 As a it was said before, do you watch anime by stopping every second? or do you analyse every detail on each scene? Everyone watches anime on the best way they can enjoy, I really appreciate and enjoy Moozzi2’s work and I don’t consider it as destructive as you think because, many have enjoyed anime thanks to Moozzi2 like me. About VCB studio I watched their works before and, I recognize they have good works but, there were others that weren’t good for me. I also appreciate the work made for the anime studios, and I think the best way to support them is buying the BD. Unfortunately, not all the animes are available around the world, that’s why I’m grateful for those who make possible for us to watch anime. Everyone can choose what is best suited for them, and I don’t think there is just a single answer as you think. This is the reason I see no point at criticising someone´s work. There are better ways to support anime creators like: participating foros, sending letters to production and so.
@vikrant9760 Yes, I don't mind watching altered anime with filtering that makes it look completely different from orignal. I don't watch original BDMV, so I don't care original BDMV. So what? You don't like Moozzi2's rip, then you don't have to go into this post and criticize others. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean others don't like it. Your standards do not represent the standards of others.
stop wasting your time here then. lmao have a life dude,
@WhiteNight Your standards are trash then lol. Watch this garbage by all means. @Lynia Huh? None of VCB's works are bad, but I guess that is again expected from a peasant who is watching this shit lol
@vikrant9760 Put up or shut up. What do you think you are? Get lost, phycho.
Imagine watching oversharpened anime.
The whole " do you watch anime by stopping every second?" argument is stupid since it looks worse even when you are playing the video.
Just enough about this guys. Stop spamming useless old comments with repetitive opinions because like it or not, it all comes down to people's preferences. That's why there are whole lotta different encoders out there you can choose from; Moozzi gets his downloads and others get theirs so you really have nothing to fight for here. And word of advice, don't shitpost into every release you don't like on nyaa. It's never fruity for you.
Hello @Moozzi2, I'm a huge fan of your work, and sorry if my English isn't good I'm French. I'd like to know why you didn't continue to purpose Kimetsu no Yaiba after your Torrent "[Moozzi2] Kimetsu no Yaiba Vol.01~05 (BD 1920x1080 x.264-10Bit FLACx2) - TV + SP" ? Is there any chance you'll continue it ? Thank you so much for all your others rips by the way ! Take care.

@dexster Just enough about this guys. Stop spamming useless old comments with repetitive opinions because like it or not, it all comes down to people’s preferences. That would be so, but Mozzie and his friends stopped sharing bdmv with the rest of the encoders on trackers (u2 as an example) and it turns out that people are confronted with the fact - single encode or nothing.
А я арень простой - вижу Моззи2 с цветофильтрами - сразу качаю! Вижу без - сразу качаю Беатрис) без цветофильтра весь шарм моззи рипов теряется)))
@moscowgolem >color filter nice meme
Moozzi often seeds and distribute raws that nobody else has. This is why I like him. Some of his work is fine I think. Others clearly over-sharpened. People who do nothing but download are gonna bitch anyway. If you don't see the values in his work then you probably born after the year 2000 and never had to buy a blurry sub VHS from a illegal flea market. I think many also underestimating the very bad quality of many of the raws and remasters out there. Others are more commendable.
I personally don't mind the *existence* of such rips, casuals like it shinny after all, and anime is unfortunately long stopped being a niche culture with people forcing each other to watch classics and caring about the whole culture and industry on a individual level. Back then not knowing which studio's work you're watching was frowned upon. Crazy times, amiright fellow kids? People treating anime like it's not some brainless Chinese cartoons: preposterous! Anyway, what I *do* mind is that none of Moozzi2-san's releases have any description as to why it looks different from OG and what changes/filtering were applied, at least generally. Otherwise, every time I see their release the only reason I can come up with is "Me an artist too; 'tis how I see," which is, well, you get it. To be fair, it does always look sharper. No wonder some details are lost. Proper fans that care about OG would watch OG anyway. As I said, most people watching anime nowadays are casual viewers that don't even see much difference between watching it from a random release or on Netflix or whatever. And since as I can vaguely tell without watching the releases themselves, most filtering done is the same with titles (obviously more recent ones are more polished, probably), so even a copy-paste description would be OK. Otherwise it honestly feels like "Why do I even need a description! It is **I** we're talking about! Everyone must know what's the release is about just by seeing my RG name!"
Please compare such approach with the way it's done by others: [[Sephirotic]Neon Genesis Evangelion 1-26 DC+EoE [MULTI][BD 1080p 8bits v2.22] COMPLETE](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/831686 ) This famous release work contains a very detailed information not only about the changes to OGRip that were made, by also goes in depths as to why they were made and compares them to other releases. And this very release is not even heavy filtering, just cleaning and then reapplying VHS-like noise, etc. Truly a work of love that one there, but I degrees. What really baffles me about Nyaa is that here everyone seems to completely forget about normal commonly accepted torrent-trackers' standards and rules about arrangement, styling of releases. Soft info aside, at lease post the technical details. I mean, fine, when it's OG material, no real need, but when posting your own work? Yes, this place is more of a hub than a torrent tracker, but at least plain copy the damn text too, jeez. What I am getting at, is that people are not angry or even offended by what Moozzy2-san is doing. They are unhappy about seemingly arrogant approach to the release itself, which is conjectured from lack of any basic description and explanation as to why this was made the way it is. Heck, denoising and basic filtering are older than probably a decent portion of downloaders here! Just my few cents. **TL;DR**: People are angry and confused with lack of release description. Just spending a bit of time explaining how "this" and "that" differs from OG would not only diffuse, but prevent these kinds of treatments. I mean, that's what people *normally* do.
