For the sake of completeness of this upload, I decided to include it here, replacing the compiled first volume.**

It's a pity that nobody ripped the chapters from Manga+ when they were published as simulpub. They have a considerably higher quality compared to the fanscanlation.
All you can find now is the fanscanlation with low resolution images, or you have to wait for the licensed release.
For anyone wondering about the filesize of v02-v05, they don't have a higher resolution, they simply contain png images.
