No major issue on CR version for this ep, not sure that VRV is needed for this anime ? (Danmachi though, it definitely is)

It is, because CR looks like hot garbage here: https://slow.pics/c/WnVTmi41 For Sentai shows (y'know them by the credits at the end) always go for VRV. I think Erai is the only group ripping VRV instead of CR.

Does anyone know why every episode is switching between romaji and english lyrics? I've seen this before but I wonder why they don't just put both at the same time like some fansubs do.

eXmendiC is correct, if you look at the comparison between CR and VRV you will notice VRV is better
