One line from the manga that I noticed was cut ... was that the reward for clearing out the mines of monsters was that MC would be permitted to take anything he wanted out of the mines ... all that iron oxide (rust) for alchemy to turn into 100% pure ingots is a huge windfall ... A little bit of difference between the manga and the anime again ...
