Encoding notes: I have zero clue what the fuck wa going on with the compression artefacting here, source included some of the worst checkerboarding I've ever seen. Managed to fix with some V-BM3D + Gaussed reference clip (seeing a pattern here with previous posts? Hey it works well!). Past that, it was a simple case of quick contrasharp (the denoise caused some slight blurring that was easily fixable here), deband and grain. I wasn't 100% sure this was native 1080p, however I couldn't find a kernel with a low enough relative error to justify a rescale, so I just left as is.
