**AV1D - AV1 Distributor** ![img](https://i.slow.pics/a3B7WWnR.webp) A young man is ostracized by his classmates after he bullies a deaf girl to the point where she moves away. Years later, he sets off on a path for redemption. Enjoy! This is my 1st attempt at anime, so please be gentle. :P This has been encoded from the ITBD remux without any additional filtering: https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1340528 Video: **10-bit AV1 with grain synthesis.** I heavily recommend the latest version of MPV/MPC-HC on both normal PCs and Android phones, as 10-bit+grain synthesis on x86_64 CPUs is still quite difficult to decode, so as much help is needed. If you have HW decoding, any latest version of MPV/MPC-HC/VLC should work just fine. Audio: All stereo encoded with opusenc, properly downmixed using ffmpeg(not using the regular -AC 2 garbage): 1. Japanese 2.0 Opus (ITBD) 2. English 2.0 (UKBD) 3. Silent No Dialogue JAP 2.0 (JPBD) 4. Commentary JAP 2.0 (JPBD) Subs: English Signs And Songs - nedragrevev (.ass) English (Honorifics) - nedragrevev (.ass) English (No Honorifics & Western Naming Order) - nedragrevev (.ass)

Is it Bluray or BDRip?

@MangekyouRaSenGun This was encoded from the IT Blu-Ray directly without any other transcodes, so I think it does classify as a Blu-Ray? So, if this was encoded from the BD, it is a BD-Rip then.
It is BDRip @MangekyouRaSenGun

Sadly, no Moozi2 filter this time. :(
Just wait for Moozi2 a little bit longer.
We need an 8bit video version for PCs otherwise frames are dropped. AV1 decoding only has 10bit optimizations for ARM processors (TV).

@Hogoledo, dav1d now actually has some 10-bit AVX2/SSSE3 optimizations for x86_64, which is why it's very important to get the latest up to date mpv/mpc-hc(as they have the latest dav1d 0.8.2), and there are more optimizations coming in the pipeline. Also, this is why I specified 10-bit with grain synthesis: it will look excellent in basically every scene, but be a bit harder to decode furthermore. Stop putting this comment on everything I post. BTW, there is a trick to increasing dav1d decoding performance in mpv: Essentially, mpv does dubious calculations for threading. If you want better decoding performance(even on mpv-android), put this in mpv.conf vd-lavc-threads=(however CPU threads you have * 8). This should help nicely with decoding performance, especially at higher resolution.
Almost perfect realese! Without unnecessary filters. With grain synthesis. The only problem is the unnecessary english audio, but I can always remove it with mkvtoolnix. But I will use my 5.1ch japanese audio converted to opus. Stereo audio for movies is bad. Thank you!
English audio REMOVED Added Japanese audio surround 6 channel opus 256k Added italian subtitles the rest untouched. https://pixeldrain.com/u/HJGtbtak

it's the US bluray, its has both. Its only a movie ... the included audio aint that big ... it's also in opus I only watch this subbed but just go keep quite and remove the audio yourself, others enjoy the dub why would he limit the downloaders by removing an audio that is included ? a few hundred mb's is nothing it's lime complaing why they included the Japanese audio in a Bebop or Baccano torrent, when the ENG is regarded as better and everyone watches it the best version will have all audio sources naturally included in the source, as well as subs
Is mpv = vlc media player? Where can i get the latest mpc-hc that have the latest dav1d 0.8.2? are you referring to the last 2017 version? Thanks in advance
@kurozamd MPC-HC: https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/releases/ MPV: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mpv-player-windows/files/64bit/ Latest dav1d version is 0.9.1
Based encode. AV1 is the future. Nothing wrong except not having the 5.1 audio.
