The audio commentaries are secondary audio tracks present in the Monogatari Blu-rays and DVDs, that play over each episode of the anime. They feature a pair of characters discussing the episode as they're watching it... or more accurately, they tend to discuss everything but the episode. It's not just a chat between voice actors either : this is entirely in-character dialogue written by Nisio Isin.
