Hi! Raw is from NHK-G, uploaded by ivi_jp@Jpopsuki. (if you want it, hmu!) This is the first of some TV appearances I'm going to upload, ending with the Anison special of yesterday. The source is really bad. Name a problem and it has it. Filterchain is QTGMC with ridiculously high and slow settings (eedi3 + nnedi3, dfttest with detail preservation), heavy and light deblock both on luma and chroma, then denoise (on light db, using the heavy as reference) with the new bm2dcuda (which speeded things up by a bit) and Spline64 to upscale (1440 => 1920). I also DID NOT decimate the frames, so it's 60fps as it should be.
