This release is for people like me who want a good quality bluray release, but prefer Gremlin's subs over GJM's (in case anyone's wondering, Gremlin's subs has a 9.61 rating on AniDB, whereas GJM's subs has a rating of 3.94. Take from that what you will), and prefer the Japanese audio only, and so have no need for dual audio. This release uses kmplx's bluray upload as a base (all credit goes to him for the actual video and audio encoding):

The subtitles have been retimed by me to match the video. I have watched through the whole thing to make sure there are no timing errors. I have also corrected any typos I came across.

lmao most shows on anidb have like <20 votes. way too small of a sample size. also, i know for a fact that there are people who go around voting 1 on every """"cartel"""" release. actually kinda pathetic that they have nothing better to do.
aniDB voters are Nii-sama circlejerks who vote 1/10 against all groups that don't follow their retarded philosophies... So no one should believe aniDB votes carry any actual merit.

Fair enough. Maybe they're both great, just different. Troll voters aside though, plenty of people, myself included, prefer Gremlin's subs over GJM's, and Gremlin's subs are certainly good, so this release fills a niche. I initially just made this for my own use, since I was used to Gremlin from Index III and Railgun III, and couldn't find any bluray release with his subs, and because I have zero need for dual audio, but then I figured I might as well share it in case other people want it.
As Rokudaime says, there's a niche this fills.
I really like Japanese audio, so have no need for a dual audio release.
I don't know that I've dealt with Gremlin subs before, but if this puts the encode in line with encodes of the other works in this extended universe, that's nice.
Different people seek different things in how their subs are localized or formatted.
Admittedly, the 'best of all possible worlds' would be a high quality encode paired with *all* the available fansubs, properly timed, but that's asking an awful lot of everyone involved.
But if someone really wants a different set of subs with this encode, even I have figured out how to track down .ass files and that there is software available to allow you to tweak the timing, so it's not an impossible dream.

OK, I've now been seeding this for 3 weeks, and next week I'm going to be busy moving out of my apartment, so if anyone's still downloading this, better finish that up now, 'cause I won't be seeding much longer. The new place I'm moving into has a very slow internet connection, so I won't be seeding anything there (I don't own the internet connection there, so I can't upgrade or replace it).

It's not really all that weird that it's slow at this point. Most of the people who were interested in this have probably finished grabbing it by now, so there are barely anyone left seeding it, and the few that still are, probably have a very slow upload speed. I stopped seeding it a while back as well, after moving out. Decided to check back here, and saw your comment. I just started seeding again, so hopefully you will see some improvement in your download speed. I can only seed a few hours a day though, and my new internet connection isn't as fast as my old one, as stated in my comment above. Let me know when you finish downloading, as I don't want to be stuck seeding indefinitely.
Comparing translation on episode 12, scene starting 16:55 to 17:50 , these subs match Funimation's IIRC from earlier today. Gremlin/Funimation censors mention of "girlfriend". Victory goes to Good Job Media this time. From the encode by kmplx , which the uploader linked at top. This is presumably an example of why GJM get's bombed by fake reviews: no SJW censorship.
