Kanzaki wears a lacy bra, important details here. Anyways, it COULD be done, if we had a video source. It'd be better if a group with an actual QC team did it though. Nofunloli releases are speedshit subs with the goal of providing tolerable quality with a short turnaround. For a high quality release, someone should go through and retime the entire script, check the translation, improve the typesetting, put some fancy animated karaoke (is that still vogue?), etc.
