I included my [celery] tag for organization purposes among ZSZS releases, but I will not take credit for any translations in this release (unlike my compilation of S01, which was more collaborative). As far as releases goes, this combines the DVD VOBSUBs of what many consider to be the most comprehensive translation with the video quality of 1080p Blu Ray encode. This release is a remux that includes the BD 1080p encodes of Mr. M.K. [posted by anon on Nyaa](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1356034) and the VOBSUBs from [BLINX01's Zoku DVDISOs](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1183728).
BLINX01 used a call-in translation service to translate signs. Since the service was limited to hour-long sessions the translations may be inconsistent. However, this effort resulted in the most comprehensive translation of Zoku's background signs (outside of [a.f.k.]'s unfinished release). On a personal note, I praise BLINX01's release not only for its rather impeccible timing (when compared to other releases) but for creative use of position and color with VOBSUBs. It's quite watchable.
All I did was mux the two and adjust timing as needed. If someone figures out how to convert the VOBSUBs to .ASS without quality loss or wants to start from scratch, by all means do so.

@angelflash because it's VOBSUBS... If you want fancy fonts, you gotta take VOBSUBS and turn them into a better font (like .ssa). VOBSUBs were the DVD subtitle standard back in the day, now replaced by PGS subs on Blu Rays. They are incredibly limited. You can change the color of the font and change some positioning, but that's about it.
