Orphan presents a new encode of the 1992 sci-fi OVA *Wolf Guy*. The first release used two different encodes, ripped on two different laserdisc players, resulting in noticeable color differences between episodes 1-3 and 4-6. This version was ripped with the Domesday Duplicator, which removes player color variability from the equation, and encoded uniformly. The scripts are basically unchanged. See [this blog entry](https://collectr.blogspot.com/2022/11/wolf-guy-v2.html) for more information.
If the color variability of the first release doesn't bother you, there's no need to download this one. On the other hand, if you've never watched *Wolf Guy*, you're in for a treat. It's an action-packed sci-fi adventure about a four-sided battle between immortal wolf-men, an Evil Cabalâ„¢ trying to steal their secret of immortality, Chinese Intelligence's Tiger Corps (immortal were-tigers) trying to stop them, and Japanese Cabinet Intelligence trying to fight everyone else. With characters changing shapes, faces, and sides, it's a sometimes confusing but always compelling story.
