Thanks to them for elaborating Chinese subtitles. The source quality is acceptable. The movie looks sharp enough due to its 900p native resolution, but the aliasing can be quite severe in certain scenes. Therefore, fixing the aliasing was one of the focuses in our PP. Moreover, the main theme of this movie is about gliders so there's a lot of depiction of the sky. However, the original production didn't handle the low-frequency noise very well. This introduced colour bands and artifacts related to bit-rate lacking in solid colour areas.
