Tried playing with MPC BE x64 and it lags, i got a i7-6700 and RX 6750XT, what could I use to run this smoothly...?

I've never used MPC BE before, so most I can do is recommend you to make sure the program is fully up to date. If that doesn't work give a try to the lastest version of MPV or VLC and see if you get lucky with that. Another thing you can try is offsetting the decoding of the film grain to the GPU and see if that helps. I've played it with an i7-8750H and I've had no problems on MPV or Firefox(using jellyfin). If you have a not so old Smart TV you might be lucky since most recent TVs include AV1 HW decoders.
Thanks, I think it because i had a VERY old VLC version. I downloaded new one and it works...weird XD

It's not weird at all. dav1d AV1 decoder had its 1.0 released 1 year ago. If you were using software that hadn't been updated in 2 or more years, it was to be expected that the SW decoding performance was so bad. Anyways I'm happy that got it working for your, enjoy the film.
