Video: HEVC 10-bit CRF16 (Source: French DVD) Audio: Opus Stereo 192kbps (Japanese) Subtitles: English (DVD) Originally, the intent was to insert HD footage from CR and HiDive where possible (The French DVDs are the only release to contain the episodes in full with all the omake), but then I noticed I couldn't really tell the difference between the upscaled DVD video and the CR video, which led to finding that this season was animated at 540p, and trying to insert “HD” footage would just be a waste of effort. The Problem is that Studio Pierrot Needs to get off there naruto butts, and needs to do an actual HD Blu Ray Release of Season 1 and 2, it disappoints me that season 2 never got a good release. its actually animated in 16:9, but they refuse to release the high quality version, which ticks me off. like i haven't sent multiple inquires to studio Pierrot asking and begging them to do bluray release, but they always ignore me. so i made a petition to force them to do so https://chng.it/QwbZHy6qBQ
