Going by Bookwalker’s Free Preview, 1r0n’s Vol. 01 may have a sorting error:
These two files should be after c005#1 (v01) - p145 in this order:

The ToC matches up. I don’t see the issue.
Edit: Right, I remember. I brought those two pages to the front to match the ToC. Them being in the back of the book instead of the front is inconsequential. But having a consistent ToC paging is more important for me.
