Orphan is pleased to present more of our favorite half-youkai, with episodes 13 and 14 of Umezz Kazuo’s *Youkaiden Nekome Kozou* (*Spirit Legend Cat-Eyed Boy*, or just *Cat-Eyed Boy* for short). This minibatch is based of episodes on the laserdisc box set. It’s rough - lots of grain, film burn, a static-y audio track - but that somehow suits the material. After all, this is “gekimation” - paper cut-out animation - from nearly fifty years ago.
