> Is there going to be 1080p as well?
Unfortunately, no. OceanVeil implemented DRM enforcement on this title for the first time, so we had to create a DRM decryption module to capture it. However, checking the manifest (.mpd stream) confirmed that no resolution higher than 720p is being served.
On top of that, their 720p bitrate profile remains stuck at ~1200 kbps, identical to their pre-mid-August setup, rather than the ~4000 kbps you'd expect if they were attempting to match a Crunchyroll-style quality target.
It's likely due to licensing restrictions imposed by Aniplex (which would be funny), but we can't say for sure.

It's incredible to me that there are streaming companies out there that still serve hardsub AVC content.
Pretty sure there are like 0 devices out there that can decode AVC but can't render super simple SRT or similar soft-subs
