They just rip anime from official sources like Crunchyroll and Funimation. This group usually doesn't sub anime, except on rare occasions.

The subs, the effect, the raw, the files, the credits, everything goes to the one that got the licence. Usually in english Horriblesub is one of the only that do rip. And normaly a rip is realeased as soon as the official video came out.
