This is a new encode from the German DVD which I bought recently myself. I fixed up the pre-existing subtitles to make things much better, re-did the ending song and included the German dub and sub that came with the DVD because why not. Also, the video quality on the DVD wasn't the best so that's why it doesn't look up to standard. In any case, I also included the extras on the disc which are mostly just a bunch of misc trailers because reasons. Lastly, I remember not liking this very much when I originally watched it many years ago, but after seeing it again recently, it's actually not that bad. Give it a chance. Enjoy. See ya!
